  • Research computing center is a research Institute within the structure of the Moscow state University named after M. V. Lomonosov. Nivc MSU consists of 20 research laboratories and two research and production units. 60 researchers, including 1 academician of RAS, 3 corresponding members of RAS, 26 doctors of Sciences and professors, 32 candidates of Sciences are engaged in research and development. Research work supported by many grants of RFBR and RF. Nivc employees take part in the work on the Federal target program "Research and development in priority areas of development of the scientific and technological complex of Russia for 2014-2020", carry out research commissioned by state organizations. Nivc employees are involved in supporting the educational process of the Moscow University.

    The main activities of Research computing center are support and maintenance of the supercomputer complex of MSU, development and implementation of the complex of administrative information systems of MSU, conducting fundamental and applied research.
